Hey everyone, I have a problem using Word 2007 and I couldn't find the solution to fix it.
If I had a document like this -> First: (space)(space) Last: XXXX (space)(space) XXXXX and then later on, I would want to input a different data, that would be longer/shorter than the original name. How do I maintain the structure? First: (space)(space) Last: XXXXXXXX (space)XXXX Like in this one, If I had used indent or spacing, if I added in a longer first name, the Last name will no longer be aligned with "Last:". How do I align each category correctly? Thanks for the help. Last edited by CrzyIcE; 04-04-2010 at 12:36 PM. Reason: sorry, ignore the "(Space)", I couldn't input multiple spaces to show my example. |
