When trying to print an envelope I highlight the address and choose envelope icon. Instead of getting the Delivery address screen where my address would appear I only get the Envelope Options screen. I can choose ok and it takes me to a template of sorts that looks like a large envelope but first a warning appears that I must delete the current contents of my document. Eventually I can print an envelope and return to the original document. Not happy about this.. Help please

If repairing Office doesn't fix it - you may find http://www.gmayor.com/EnvelopesAndLabels.htm useful, which uses an entirely different process.
