It has something to do with the title above the table. Project Measurement & Reporting Process.
What I did was reconstruct it on a new document. - 1st copy the last table making sure you don't select beyond the text in the last column. (Instructional Designer) - Copy the Purpose statement - Copy the table on page 1 - Copy the name Project Measurement ... This seems to be the easiest way around it. Good Luck
