Heading 1 is a paragraph style so it will pick up the A) unless you use a Style Separator to allow two Word paragraphs in a single printed paragraph.
You could use a tab setting outside your page edge (and no dot leader) in your TOC styles to push the page numbers off the page. I know how to do this in left-to-right text, but not in right-to-left. I assume it can be done, though. Here is a very good resource: TOC Tips and Tricks |
