problem with formatting correctly Table of Contents
I have a problem formatting a text that originally was an OCR. As you can see on the 123 file attached, the numbers are not in the same place etc.
I have tried various times - would appreciate if someone can have a look at it, repair it and hopefully explain to me how to do it :-) kind regards, Mark
