On my previous PC, I had Win 7, and Microsoft did a forced upgrade to Win 10 without my permission.
However this is not relevant now, because when I bought my new PC with Win 10 on it, I had the problem not long after.
I doubt it is a corrupt document, because I have the print error with all my documents.
Surely they can't all be corrupt, especially as I can read/edit all the docs.
And if corrupt, why does the print error disappear after deleting normal.dot?
Re "a third-party addin" - I can't recall adding any in, not deliberately - I'm not smart enough to even know how to add in third-party addin.

Do you mean "a third-party addin" to all my 100's of documents, or just one?

Can we go back to Temp folder?
Many files I couldn't remove because of "You'll need to provide admininstrator permission to delete this folder".
When I went to check my status in User Accounts, it said I was Administrator.
Any suggestions?
