It's possible something went awry with the upgrade - a fairly common scenario. Since you've already done an Office repair, it might be worthwhile running the System File Checker to detect & repair any damaged files. To do that, open a Command Prompt with Administrator privileges, then input:
SFC /scannow
and press Enter. The process will likely take quite a while to run, so go and have a cup of coffee or whatever while you're waiting.
