One thing you haven't listed amongst measures you've taken is the remedy from your previous thread on this topic (https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...ory-error.html) that worked...

The "the margins of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue?" message is unlikely to have anything to do with the memory/storage/fonts problem; it concerns your page setup, for which the margins are apparently smaller than the printer manufacturer says are required for your printer.
