That only makes it all the more likely that the problem documents are corrupt.

And did you close all applications before trying to delete the files there? There is no need to delete any sub-folders.

If the error only occurs when printing, but not when editing, then a corrupt/faulty print driver could be the culprit.

Corrupt documents can often be 'repaired' by inserting a new, empty, paragraph at the very end, copying everything except that new paragraph to a new document based on a known good template (headers & footers may need to be copied separately), closing the old document and saving the new one over it.

Hi all
I gave up with Office 2010, and bought Office 2019 and there is no problem for some some weeks. I also bought new PC, but both Windows 10 Home and both 8GB RAM.
