Hi guys, I just joined and am looking to you guys for help. I've received an unedited word document which I need to edit. The majority of the document is involves a line, or paragraph per page, so it needs to be 'compressed' (for lack of a better term). It's taking me forever to cut the line, or paragraph, from one page, then go up into the document and paste that section into the edited portion of the document. Do you guys have a suggestion to make this process more efficient? Perhaps a way to simply delete the spaces between the unedited text? Any advice you can give would be appreciated. Thanks! |
