![]() I have a document that requires the same name and dates in multiple places in a document. I have it locked down with fill in text boxes. Is there a way that the data I enter in a text box can be set to auto fill in select other text boxes where the same data needs to be? Thanks! |

There are lots of different ways to do this. See http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html
I would recommend Greg Maxey's addin to help with the CC mapping. http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/...rol_tools.html

If you do not have more than 15 such items that need to be repeated in a document, you could also use document property content controls (which are one of the methods in the first linked article that Andrew gave you.
First, though, take a look at Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls to see if that will do what you need. |
