The format in which a citation appears depends on the citation format you're using and, typically, whether more than one title from the same author with occurs for a given year. You can also cause Word to vary the citation display by editing the citation options for a given citation.

Default Isert Citation

Do you mean style when you say format? I have not changed the style. Yes, I have more than one title for the same author but the same problem happen when I have only one title for the author. How do I edit citation options?
