Hi! macropod,
Thank you for your help. I actually tested with UserName already without success. I sent the document to a coworker but it still displayed my name when he printed it. I hope this can be set to office level and not Printer or server side. Any other ideas will be highly appreciated. Thank you, Javier |

That may be because the coworker doesn't have Word configured to update fields before printing.
