Default How do I make it so you can open a embedded document in a locked forum

Hello, I am building a template in word 2007 that uses embedded word documents, PDF's and Emails (I use OFT's) that has fallible fields in it. What I am hoping to get help with is how to make it so that the user can open the embedded document when I lock the file for editing.

Please note I have the attached example document locked and there is no password.
Attached Files
File Type: docx Template.docx (27.4 KB, 10 views)
