That really depends on what's causing the 'Present' to be treated that way. Without access to the document, it's rather hard to advise...

Can you attach the relevant portion of document to a post here (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
