Default Remove Styles in Word 2016 without removing formatting

Dear All, I have a problem that perhaps the list can help me with. I have finished a book in Word that has been accepted and has to be delivered to the publisher. The publisher's submission requirements ask that styles not be used. But the book has lots of formatting that I need to keep.

Is there a way to keep all the formatting, but get rid of the use of styles? For example, block quotes would remain indented, but would no longer correspond to a "block quote" style that I used while writing.

Thanks in advance!
