Graph Assistance: How to display numbers for horizontal axis items

See attached,

Aside from manually creating text boxes and placing them, I can't seem to tool/way to add the amount for each bar listed. In this scenario, I would want the total number included in the graph to the left, and then the number of satisfied, neutral, and dissatisfied displayed above their respective title (98 above green, 9 above yellow, 24 above red).

Does anyone have an idea of how this is possible?
