![]() Hi, I'm using MS Word 2007 and after using the "find" function, to find specific words throughout the doc, I am unable to cancel the "find" (search) command. It still allows me to work, but what it does is it disables the little "double arrows" on the bottom of the right scroll bar, the ones that allow you to flip by page, rather than the single arrow which only scrolls. When I click the double arrow to move by page, I get a dialog box to the effect of "word has searched to the end...do you want word to search from the beginning..." indicating that the "find" commend is still in effect. In help it tells you to use the cancel button on the "search/find" dialog box. I keep doing that but it doesn't work: I still cannot move through the doc by page using the double arrow. Any ideas? Thx, Jim |
