I repeat: If you use print preview, (or print the document) it will update.
Or, you can go into editing the footer, select the document name field, and press F9. |

Ok so I can't have a last saved date only a last printed date. Does this mean that if I print it out the following week it will add a week even though it was updated?

There are 2 issues
1) renaming a document. When saved as it keeps the original name. 2) Last updated. When I add this as a footer i get Updated: 04/11/2016 09:11:00 A11/P11 What is A11/P11. Can't remove this extra bit and preferably only the date is needed. No time. |
