Smile Readonly in Word

We have a PowerBuilder application that uses Word in some places.

If I open a read-only document, it worked with Office 2007 but now in 2016 it notices that it's read only but it's possible to use Save as. In the right it opens a write-protected infobar which allows me to edit and save as.

Any idea of how to turn this opportunity off?
