Removing header and footer on two pages in my document

I have a word document with headers and footers. I want to remove the header and footer of two pages which are side by side. I am following these instructions:

The problem is that sometimes it doesn't remove them.


Or it might remove only for one page but I can't remove the ones for the other page (and then at the same time, it's removing the header and footer of every other page afterwards)
