The simplest way may be to find an appropriate layout for your labels under options. See if you can find that.
Are all of your labels to be the same? If not, a mailmerge to labels is probably the simplest method. If you have not already looked at them, take a look at the displaybarcode and mergebarcode fields. Bar Code Add-In
