![]() Hello all! I'm having a rather annoying problem and I'd appreciate some help. I'm using Microsoft Word 2007 on Windows 7 32-bit. I have the default font/typeface set to Segoe; the text I am copying from Thunderbird is also set, by default, to Segoe. In Paste Options, I have chosen both Match Destination Formatting and Keep Source Formatting (and Keep Text Only, for that matter). However, no matter what I do, the Segoe text that I copy to a Segoe default document ends up as Times New Roman. This is really annoying. If anyone has any ideas, please help! I'll provide additional information as needed. Thanks very much in advance! |

Your Word doc is to be contained only the pasted information? I mean it contains no text before/after inserting from THunderbird or it's empty?

You could try attaching the blank document you are copying into to your post in this forum. To attach a document, click on the Go Advanced button and click on the paper clip icon.
