Can't Find Word Document in Search or in Folder But It's There in Recent Documents

Hi,

I have a Word document that I can't see when I go into the folder, but is there. When I search for recent Word documents within Word there it is and I am able to click on it and open it. Any idea why this might be? It's Word 2013 on Windows 10.
