i've been printing envelopes for years using Word with no problem. But recently my return address has disappeared. I have gone into Options and noticed that my mailing address consistently disappears so when i go to print an envelope there is no return address in upper left corner. Please let me know what i need to do to make sure the mailing address isn't deleted everytime i reboot the computer. Thanks!
