The number of days in the service report will vary.
The number of activities in a day will vary. Clear enough? Yes, I know the task is complex. That's why I have no idea how to do it in MS Word and hence the post in this forum. I can't ask the user up front to say how many days will be in the report, as these reports are written day by day, and the user cannot know how long a job will last. The user should not be able to modify the form in any other way than adding days, adding activities in a day, and of course filling in the text fields.
