The closest you can come would be to use textboxes or frames and text direction to do this. You can make the textboxes or frames have no border. Frames and Textboxes in Microsoft Word

See the attached file for an example. The textboxes (four of them) are anchored to the page header so they will print on every page. Note that it is not possible in Word 2003 to have text at 180 degrees.
