Hi, in Word 2013, on laptop in my office, it seems that a previous administrator has greyed out the File Options Menu. I wish to reactivate this menu item.
I have looked in all sorts of places and not found any clue, except it may be related to local group policy or a registry edit. Both of which I've explored and got nowhere. Can someone please advise. Please bear in mind, this is a custom exam PC and user logs in as Local Admin by default. Please note I've already downloaded and tried playing around with the Administrative templates for Office 2013. These appear to have no impact or bearing on how the item has been greyed out on this particular local machine. Please can anyone advise? Paul |
