Simply create the document, then email it as an attachment. If your email app allows you to set up a group, you can add all the recipients to that, then email to the group collectively rather than to the recipients individually.
My preference for sending such a newsletter would be to save it as a PDF then send the PDF as an attachment. Almost everyone has a PDF reader installed, making your newsletter more accessible; it also preserves the formatting better than a document emailed as an attachment.
