Without actually seeing the problem document (not just a screenshot), it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

I had a similar problem. Mine turned out to be an endnote (bit of a clue finding it at the end!!) that I must have inadvertently added.
Find (or maybe Replace to prevent the navigation pane appearing) -> Special and select Endnote (or whatever you think it might be) from the list
