Numbering with heading is mixed up in odd pages in regard to even pages

Hi

i'm writing a document and had define 4 diffrenet styles.
the forth one, style "heading 4"
is mixed up between odd pages and even pages, as you can see on the picture.
how can i fix it?
i'm working with office 201, a document is in hebrew.
please help
