trouble with pdf doc after converting to word..

So I had a pdf doc i converted to word, after i edited it and saved it back to a pdf

some main images are missing, I see the word conversion un-grouped the images that are not showing in the new pdf and cant seen to group them back..

Anyone know how i can fix this?
