Hello
I have been fighting with this for a long time and so finally came here to seek help from you people. MS Office Version - 2013 I am trying to do a directory merge of sales records where item numbers under the same Order ID would be grouped together. Please find attached a screenshot of how I want the final merge to be. Also attaching the merge template and a sample source file. I have gone through the directory merge document at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/294686 but unable to understand how to put it to work within my template. What I want to do is this:- If you open the sample data file, you will find two entries under Custom Label (Column #N) against the same Sales Record Number (Column #A). I would like to group the Custom Label Entries together in a single label as is shown in the attached screenshot file. Kindly advise on how I can do this. Many Thanks |
