Hello. I am converting MS Word 2010 documents into .html to post to my website, as I have many times before. Most of the text fields convert just find to fields where the user can complete the online form, but some of them don't show up. When I copy and paste working form fields to replace the non-working ones, and convert to .html, they still don't show up. The document I am converting contains tables and cells, but the issue seems to be random, in that some fields convert just fine and others don't - whether or not they are inside of a cell. Any ideas? Thank you!
