I have a multiple paged document designed with various borders and images, the text within this document is compiled into text boxes. This document is made up of several pages, and hence each new page has a new text box. I will be required to regularly update this document and was wondering if it would be possible to link these text boxes?
As it stands the text boxes aren't linked and every time I add new information at the start of the first text box I then have to cut and paste and move text between each text box on the following page below. Were this just written text in a normal word document the text would obviously just carry on below and carry over to the next page. I'm not sure if this is possible but if I could link each text box within the document it would make things a lot simpler and a lot easier for me! I appreciate any feedback on this |

Click in the first text box. On the Drawing Tools Format tab on the ribbon, click Create Link. Then click in the text box to which you want to link. Repeat the procedure as needed.
