Office Word problem Comment author name from admin
I have a problem with my name admin admin as author making a comment in Word. I have tried to change it to my real name but admin admin turns up again.

I have searched for it but it does not work even though I I go to Preferences click Personal Settings and then User Information.

The comment author name is taken from the user name you've assigned in Word (on a PC you'd find that under File|Options|General) or your login username if you haven't assigned one in Word. Changing it won't affect any existing comments.
