Hyperlinks Won't Turn Blue

I converted a document from EPUB. There are lots of formatting issues. None are very major. A bit of tweaking here and there and it's fine, but the hyperlinks will not turn blue. When I go into styles it says they're blue, but they're not. Any quick ideas about what I can do to fix this?

Select the text that contains these unmarked hyperlinks and use AutoFormat.

The settings for this are under Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options.

Type "Autoformat" in Word's help and follow the directions to add the AutoFormat command to your QAT.
