Default Creating a Table of Contents as a Building Block

Hi,

I'm creating a template for a sales team to use on their bids. They would like to have a contents page that automatically updates when section headings are changed or added. I am creating all of the other elements of the template as Building Blocks that they can simply insert into a new document. Is it possible to create a TOC as a Building Block that will automatically pick up headings of a certain style within the document it is inserted into?

Thanks for your help.

Duncan
