When I print the document changes layout

Im trying to print a document but everytime I do Word changes the layout of the document from portrait to landscape. Some pages is and should be in landscape but the majority should be in portrait. I dont know whats wrong and how to fix it. Its my masters project so its very important that i get this fixed!! Please help!
