We are using Word 2003 SP2. I sent one of my colleagues at work a Word document, which was basically a Word file with tif images inserted in it. He said when he opened the document, he could only see the images when he was in reading layout, and as soon as he turned off the reading layout, the images dissappeared (or seemed to). How do we correct this? This document opened fine on other peoples computers.

IN the options area, there is a setting called "show picture place holders". Turn it off.
