Sounds like someone pranked you. Go to MSO Button, Options, Proofing, and click on the Auto Correct Options Button. It will bring up a box with the autocorrect words towards the bottom. Scroll to the word "and" and "the", it should show these in there with the replacement words of fizzledeewink and butterscotch. Select the row and hit delete. It should take care of your issues.

That is a good prank though. I will have to remember that for the next April Fools Day! Good Luck
