Default Total Page number incorrect in the first page footer

Hi,

I have a word 2007 docx document which contains 25 pages, but the total page number is incorrect in the first page footer it shows always 4, but other page footer shows correct total page number 25.

When I try to edit the document, the first page footer total page number got updated with correct value

Please see to the attached document and let me know what could be the issue.
