Hi, i founded this image in internet, and i really want to know how to create the gray "lateral bar" where there is write "INTRODUZIONE" in Word 2016. Thank very much

I suppose there are many ways this could have been done, but my first thought, you could just use a 2x1 Table with the 1st column holding the text :INTRODUZIONE".
Then just change the text direction to vertical and add whatever fill/background you desire. In the 2nd column add your text and fill/background again to what you desire. |

Another way would be a TextBox. Insert > Textbox.

Thank you, i did some of that textbox but i have another problem, how can i put at the same place of all page? Because someone are a bit higher or lower among theme.
