Word Letter Template Issue

All,

I have a word template that wont turn off from caps.
In the formatting it isn't set to all caps. Is there anywhere else that can
be set?
When I type in the line it appears as normal text but when I type in the input box it appears on the word doc as Caps.

This is driving me nuts.
