![]() New member and glad to have found this forum. Question now plaguing me: have a full novel manuscript completed but need to change straight quote mark to curley; how to? Have gone to word options, proofing and autoforatting as well as auto format while typing, and every thing is set for curley quote marks but it won'tthe change the straight marks that are already there. Any help appreciated Marv |

Simply use Find/Replace, with:
Find = " Replace = " and, if you need it: Find = ' Replace = '

Thanks, it worked. Apparently I didn't go far enough as in find, it put in straight marks and in replace, they were straight marks also, so thought it wouldn't work and cancelled. Learned something new; thanks AGAIN :confused
