Do these crashes occur if you start Word in Safe mode?

Here's how to do that: Exit Word if it is currently running. Hold the Ctrl key as you restart Word, and say yes when asked about Safe mode.

I tried a simple exercise, first in normal mode and then in safe mode. Word crashed in both cases.
What I do is this: With the mouse I try to drag a small png that I use to cover pagenumbers (it´s a book layout), or try to copy it, using Ctrl+C. (The png was "in line with text"). In both cases Word crashed, in both modes.
