As I think about it, saving the first 8 pages as a separate document (with the TOC converted to text) for printing will probably give you the best result. Then print the rest of your paper separately.

Hey Charles, thanks for your feedback, actually that was exactly what I did, I created 2 files, one with my first 8 pages and one with the rest of the document, it's my masters dissertation so it have to be perfect !
