Default Viewing comments

Hi,
I have pages containing comments, some of which show the full expanded comments, others which don't do so. Is there a way to set comments so they are all fully expanded (there is enough space).

The comments display in Word is controlled by whatever your settings are on the Ribbon's Review tab. Within a given document, they should all view the same way.
