I don't know, because when I Paste Special a web page, my default is HTML format
I don't have a solution to your problem You might check out exploring some of these options: Office Oval > Word Option in lower right corner > Customize > Select All Commands > Scroll down to see if you see what you want > If so, Select > Add in in case one of the commands is missing
