Word only pastes plain text

With Word 2007, I usually see these choices
Formatted RTF
Unformatted Text (strip away formatting, e.g., hyperlinkes)
HTML

Format (paste the web page as is)
At times other types. depending upon what and how I want it done

If I am pasting from the web, I normally use Unformatted Text, which strips the formatting from what I am pasting, so what I am pasting takes the formatting of the doc I am copying from

I use Paste Special so much I have added it to my Quick Access Toolbar
